- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst surgery I've ever come across. After our move to Dunstable I unluckily decided for this one. 4 week waiting time for 1st "new patient-check up " appointment with a nurse, appointments set for 16.20 (myself) & 16.30 (for my 14 years old daughter). Arrived at the clinic 16.30 due to late finish at work and traffic which could be well seen from the surgery windows, seen by receptionist 16.35 to be told both appointments been marked "not arrived". 10 min late (every GP I know accepts 15 min time frame for all appointments) for mine so maybe the nurse can see my youngster ? NO. You on time exactly or no seeing anyone ! Well, didn't booked another appointment in 2 weeks. Looking for more patient friendly GP.by Betty BettyOctober 03, 2017
